The PosPaid Plan: a mobile phone with packet fee to be used in Ecuador. 2.Reception Areas There might be situations that you cannot receive calls or the line is disconnected due to bad reception condition area such as at underground areas or the countryside near mountain ranges. 3.Calling Rate Process Prepaid Plan: calling rates and SMS service are charged through the initial prepaid phone balance. PosPaid Plan: calling rates (domestic and international, packet fee) are calculated and paid after the rental period. 4.Rental Payment Full payment by credit card or cash are accepted. 5.Statement of call fees In prepaid phones we do not issue any statement of phone calls and we do not accept any inquiries for detailed info on phone calls made via the rental mobile phones. 6.Extensions of rental period If you request for an extending rental period, please be sure and contact us before the final rental day. The extension time will be billed at the same price and the payment should be at the final rental day. 7.Lost or Damage of the rental phone You need to immediately notify to Renta Cellular if your rental phone has been damaged or lost. We handle the problem in accordance with the term 9. 8.Renta Cellular takes no responsibility for any phone calls you make or any phone calls third parties make to your rental phone. If your phone call is disconnected in the middle of conversation due to bad reception areas of radio communication, broken down of the receiver or any those related reason, Renta Cellular takes no responsibility even if accidents are caused by random or chance occurrences. General Terms & Conditions 1.The coverage of these terms and conditionsThese terms and conditions are agreed with Renta Cellular and customers who rent mobile phone and the attached accessories from Renta Cellular. 2.Application The person who rents mobile phone(s) from Renta Cellular, shall read and agree to these terms and conditions. A completed application requires necessary information to be sent to Renta Cellular a required number days before the rental day starts. Applicants shall understand this and accept that even if applicants make an applications certain days before the rental days starts, there might be a chance Renta Cellular can not provide mobile phones to rent due to some reasons such as lack of stock etc. 3.Returning and Receiving mobile phone. Renta Cellular deliver and pickup the mobile phone to/from airports and hotels in main cities of Ecuador free of charge. Delivery to another cities will be charged the shipping. Process A The rental period starts from the day the mobile phone is received by the customer. B The date of returning is the day when the customer send or return the mobile phone to Renta Cellular. C There is no maximum rental periods. D Customer shall pay the rental fees and ecuadorian consumption tax in accordance with the rental rate set at each rental plan. 4.Extension of Rental Period If you intend to extend rental period, you need to notify beforehand.. 5.Cancellation prior to the start of your rental period You can request cancellation of your cell phone rental by e-mail. We will handle it immediately. If you need to cancel your phone rental, for any reason, you should do it 3 full days before the delivery date. There will be no extra service charge for cancellation. 6.Calls Fees. Renta Cellular doesn’t set calling rates. The calling rates are setting by the operator where Renta Cellular has the mobile phones connected. 7.The Payment. Payment is accepted in cash ($US) or by credit card for local or international customers. Payment is made, once in principle, however, Renta Cellular shall ask for another payment in case you lost or damaged your rental phone and is charged to your Credit Card. 8.Lost or Damaged mobile phone devices and its use A The user must need use the rental mobile phone in proper way and has responsibility careful use. If you lost/damaged your rental phone during the rental period, you need to inform Renta Cellular immediately. B In case Renta Cellular 's rental cell phones are not returned for any reasons, or, if Renta Cellular 's rental cell phones are returned in damaged in any form, Renta Cellular will use the security deposit as indemnity. High tier phone: $100. Medium tier phone: $50. Low tier phone: $30. 9.Prohibition A You are not allowed to attach some other communication devices on your rental phone(s). You are not allowed to change any electronic parts of your rental phone(s). B You are not allowed to rent your rental phone to third parties. You are not allowed to do any acts that violate of Renta Cellular’s rights in regard to communication devices. 10.Responsibilities. Renta Cellular has no responsibility for any phone calls you make. If your phone call is disconnected in the middle of conversation due to bad reception areas of radio communication, broken down of the receiver Renta Cellular has no responsibility even if these accidents caused you disadvantages or conflicts, etc. 11.Cancellation of rental contract Renta Cellular may cancel any applications without any notification under one of the following situations: A If the applicant violates one of terms in this Terms and Conditions.
